WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with the County Board policy; and

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for Trenchless Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Pipeline Infrastructure, for Public Works, for the period of February 13, 2027 to February 12, 2029; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, Trenchless Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Pipeline Infrastructure, for Public Works, for the period of February 13, 2027 to February 12, 2029, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to Insituform Technologies, USA, LLC., 580 Goddard Avenue, Chesterfield, Missouri, 63005, per bid #23-065-PW.
