FOR VARIOUS COUNTY DEPARTMENTS

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and evaluated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Titan Image Group, for printed business envelopes, for the period of December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027, for various County Departments.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract for printed business envelopes, for the period of December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027, for various County Departments, per third and final renewal of bid #23-044- FIN, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to Titan Image Group, 305 W. Briarcliff Rd., Suite 105, Bolingbrook, IL 60440, for a contract total amount of $127,200.
