AWARDING RESOLUTION ISSUED TO
AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
FOR THE PURCHASE OF A LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY INSTRUMENT
FOR THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT $103,824.38)

WHEREAS, the County of DuPage by virtue of its power set forth in the Counties Code (55 ILCS 5/1-1001 et seq.) is authorized to enter into this Agreement; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act (30 ILCS 525/2), the County is authorized to enter into a Joint Purchasing Agreement for the purchase of a liquid chromatography instrument; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the GSA Contract #GS-07F-0564X, the County of DuPage will contract with Agilent Technologies, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Judicial and Public Safety Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Agilent Technologies, Inc., FOR the purchase of a liquid chromatography instrument, for the period of November 10, 2026 through November 9, 2027, for the Sheriff’s Office.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County contract, covering said, for the purchase of a liquid chromatography instrument, for the period of November 10, 2026 through November 9, 2027, for the Sheriff’s Office, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to Agilent Technologies, Inc., 2850 Centerville Rd., Wilmington, DE 19808, for a contract total amount not to exceed $103,824.38, per contract pursuant to the GSA Contract #GS-07F-0564X.
