RESOLUTION TO RESCIND FM-P-0026-26

ISSUED TO CENTRAL POLY-BAG CORPORATION

TO FURNISH AND DELIVER TRASH AND RECYCLING CAN LINERS

FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $35,000.00)

WHEREAS, on August 11, 2026, the DuPage County Board approved FM-P-0026-26 for a contract purchase order to Central Poly-Bag Corporation, to furnish and deliver plastic trash and recycling liners, as needed for County facilities, for the period of August 11, 2026, through August 10, 2027, for the Facilities Management; and

WHEREAS, the awarded vendor is unable to meet all of the qualifications on the original bid #26-051-FM.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the DuPage County Board that Resolution FM-P-0026-26, dated August 11, 2026, shall be and is hereby repealed and rescinded in its entirety effective immediately.
