AWARDING RESOLUTION
ISSUED TO TRANE US INC.
TO PROVIDE A PREVENTATIVE / FULL-SERVICE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
FOR THE THREE TRANE CHILLERS AT THE POWER PLANT
FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT: $406,619.00)

                     WHEREAS, pursuant to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and OMNIA Partners, the County of DuPage will contract with Trane US Inc.; and

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board Approval for the issuance of a contract, to provide a preventative maintenance program for the three (3) Trane electric water chillers in the power plant, for the three-year period October 9, 2024 through October 8, 2027, for Facilities Management.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, to provide a preventative maintenance program for the three (3) Trane electric water chillers in the power plant, for the three-year period October 9, 2024 through October 8, 2027, for Facilities Management, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division, to Trane US Inc., 800 East Beaty Street, Davidson, NC 28036, for a contract total amount not to exceed $406,619.00.
