Title: AWARDING RESOLUTION ISSUED TO PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL & SURGICAL SUPPLY TO PROVIDE EXAMINATION GLOVES FOR THE DUPAGE CARE CENTER (CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT $90,000.00) WHEREAS, bids have been taken and evaluated in accordance with County Board policy; and WHEREAS, the Human Services Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Professional Medical & Surgical Supply, to provide examination gloves, for the period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, for the DuPage Care Center. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is to provide examination gloves, for the period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 for the DuPage Care Center per bid renewal #23-102-DCC, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to Professional Medical & Surgical Supply, 1917 Garnet Court, New Lenox, Illinois 60451, for a contract total amount of $90,000.00 ...
