ISSUED TO V3 CONSTRUCTION GROUP, LTD
FOR THE KRESS CREEK UPSTREAM WEIR REPAIR PROJECT

WHEREAS, the COUNTY by virtue of its power set forth in “Counties Code” (55 ILCS 5/5-1001 et seq.) and its authority to manage and mitigate the effects of urbanization on stormwater drainage in DuPage County pursuant to Chapter 55, paragraph 5/5-1062.3 is authorized to enter into this Agreement; and
WHEREAS, bids for construction of the Kress Creek Upstream Weir Repair Project have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the lowest most responsible bidder has been designated and the Stormwater Management Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to V3 Construction Group, LTD, for the Kress Creek Upstream Weir Repair Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a County Contract, covering said, for the Kress Creek Upstream Weir Repair Project, for the Stormwater Management Department, for the period October 13, 2026 through November 30, 2030, is hereby approved for issuance by the Procurement Division to V3 Construction Group, LTD, 7325 Janes Avenue, Woodridge, IL 60517, for a total contract amount not to exceed $188,658.00, per lowest responsible Bid # 26-081-SWM.
