TO PROVIDE CYBER LIABILITY INSURANCE
FOR FINANCE - TORT LIABILITY
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT $138,485)

WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with County Board Policy; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to be issued to Alliant Insurance services, Inc. (Coalition), to provide cyber liability insurance, for the period of December 1, 2026 through December 1, 2027, for Finance - Tort Liability .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that County contract, covering said, to provide cyber liability insurance, for Finance - Tort Liability, for the period of December 1, 2026 to December 1, 2027, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to Alliant Insurance Services, Inc., 353 N. Clark Street, Chicago, IL 60654, for a contract total amount of $138,485.00.
