BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND THE TOWNSHIP OF WINFIELD
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR VARIOUS TOWNSHIP BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS

WHEREAS, the Township of Winfield (“Township”) wishes to make building improvements at its local offices; and

WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to reimburse up to $14,064 in ARPA interest funds to the Township for costs associated with the said building improvements; and

WHEREAS, the County has prepared an Intergovernmental Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Township to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Intergovernmental Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Township; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage Couty Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the Township.
