ISSUED TO GRAYBAR ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC.
TO FURNISH AND DELIVER ELECTRICAL AND LIGHTING PRODUCTS,

FOR POWER PLANT LIGHTING AND FIXTURE REPLACEMENT,

FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

 (CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $37,340.32)

                     WHEREAS, pursuant to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and Omnia Partners, Contract #EV-2370, the County will contract with Graybar Electric Company, Inc.; and

                     WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Graybar Electric Company, Inc., to furnish and deliver electrical and lighting products, for Power Plant Lighting and Fixture Replacement, for Facilities Management, for the period February 12, 2025 through August 11, 2025.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, to furnish and deliver electrical and lighting products, for Power Plant Lighting and Fixture Replacement, for Facilities Management, for the period February 12, 2025 through August 11, 2025, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to, Graybar Electric Company, Inc., 34 N Meramec Avenue, Clayton, MO 63105, for a total contract amount not to exceed $37,340.32.
