FOR ELECTRIC UTILITY SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION SERVICES
FOR THE CONNECTED COUNTY FACILITIES
FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT

(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT: $430,000)

WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with County Board policy; and

                     WHEREAS, the Stormwater Management Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to ComEd, for electric utility supply and distribution services for the connected County facilities, for Stormwater Management, for the period of April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2029.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, for electric utility distribution services for the connected County facilities, for Stormwater Management, for the period of April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2029, for Stormwater Management, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to, ComEd, 2 Lincoln Center, 9^th Floor, Chicago, IL 60181, for a total contract amount not to exceed $430,000, per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 (c) not suitable for competitive bids - Public Utility.
