WHEREAS, proposals have been taken and evaluated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Judicial and Public Safety Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Virtucom, Inc., for small IT equipment, for the period of August 25, 2026, through August 24, 2027, for the Circuit Court Clerk
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is for small IT equipment, for the period of August 25, 2026, through August 24, 2027, for the Circuit Court Clerk per bid 26-065-CCC, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to Virtucom Inc., 1 Sun Court NW, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092, for a contract total amount of $99,323.95.
