TO FURNISH AND DELIVER A CHILLED WATER PUMP FOR THE COUNTY POWER PLANT, FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

                     WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and

                     WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Windy City Representatives, to furnish and deliver a chilled water pump for the County Power Plant, for Facilities Management, for the period of August 11, 2026 through August 10, 2027, for a total contract amount not to exceed $37,100.00.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, to furnish and deliver a chilled water pump for the County Power Plant, for the period of August 11, 2026 through August 10, 2027, for Facilities Management, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to, Windy City Representatives, 200 Windsor Drive, Oak Brook, IL 60523, for a total contract amount not to exceed $37,100.00, per lowest responsible bid #26-052-FM.
