TO FURNISH AND DELIVER ONE (1) 2026 FORD WHITE INTERCEPTOR

 FOR THE PROBATION DEPARTMENT
(CONTRACT AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $45,142)

resolution 

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act, 30 ILCS 525/2 (Suburban Purchasing Cooperative Contract #204), the County of DuPage will contract with Currie Motors Frankfort, Inc.; and

WHEREAS, the Judicial & Public Safety Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Currie Motors Frankfort, Inc., to furnish and deliver one (1) 2026 Ford White Interceptor for the Probation Department.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract to furnish and deliver one (1) 2026 Ford White Interceptor for the Probation Department, is hereby approved for issuance to Currie Motors Frankfort, Inc., 9423 W. Lincoln Hwy., Frankfort, IL 60423, for a contract total not to exceed $45,142, pursuant to the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act, 30 ILCS 525/2 (Suburban Purchasing Cooperative Contract #204).
