AWARDING RESOLUTION
ISSUED TO XYLEM WATER SOLUTIONS, INC.

TO PURCHASE PUMPS FOR THE ELMHURST QUARRY
(TOTAL AMOUNT $1,117,795.85)

WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with County Board policy; and

WHEREAS, the Stormwater Management Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract purchase order to Xylem Water Solutions, Inc. for the purchase of stormwater pumps at the Elmhurst Quarry Flood Control Facility.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that County Contract, covering said, for the purchase of stormwater pumps at the Elmhurst Quarry Flood Control Facility, for Stormwater Management, for the period of April 11, 2023 through November 30, 2023, be and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division, to Xylem Water Solutions Inc., 9661 194^th Avenue, Mokena, IL 60448, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,117,795.85. Per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 “Competitive Bids” (c) not suitable for competitive bids - Sole Source.
