WHEREAS, proposals have been taken and evaluated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Judicial and Public Safety Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Renaissance Communication Systems Inc., for a PA System, for the Care Center, for the period of November 11, 2026 through May 10, 2027, for Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is for a PA System, for the Care Center, for the period of November 11, 2026 through May 10, 2027, for Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, per RFP #26-093-OHSEM, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to Renaissance Communication Systems, Inc., 3509 Martens St., Franklin Park, IL 60131, for a contract total amount of $238,040.
