ISSUED TO OLD REPUBLIC TITLE COMPANY
PROFESSIONAL TITLE INSURANCE SERVICES
AS NEEDED FOR THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $50,000.00)

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the lowest most responsible bidder has been designated and the Transportation Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Old Republic Title Company, to provide professional title insurance services, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period February 29, 2024 through February 28, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract to provide professional title insurance services, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period February 29, 2024 through February 28, 2026, is hereby approved for issuance to Old Republic Title Company, 255 E. Lake Street, Suite 202, Bloomingdale, Illinois 60108 for a contract total not to exceed $50,000.00.
