AMENDMENT TO COUNTY CONTRACT 22-107-HR AND 22-108-HR
ISSUED TO DAYFORCE US, INC.
FOR A FEE ADJUSTMENT PROVISION

WHEREAS, County Contract 22-107-HR and 22-108-HR were approved by the DuPage County Board on June 13, 2023; and
WHEREAS, after consultation with the Vendor, the County and Vendor seek to apply a fee adjustment provision for volume pricing as shown on the attached Amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends approving the fee adjustment to the Contract; and
WHEREAS, all provisions of the Contract not expressly changed in the Amendment shall remain the same in their entirety.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Board adopts and approves this Amendment to County Contract 22-107-HR and 22-108-HR, issued to Dayforce US, Inc., to apply a fee adjustment provision for volume pricing.
