FOR LEGAL SERVICES
FOR THE STATE’S ATTORNEY’S OFFICE
(TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $120,000.00)

WHEREAS, certain attorneys from the law firm of Rock Fusco & Connelly, LLC have been appointed as Special Assistant State’s Attorneys; and

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of payments to Rock Fusco & Connelly, LLC, to provide legal services as Special Assistant State’s Attorneys, for the period of December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2025.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said approval of payments for legal services for the State’s Attorney’s Office, for the period December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2025, be, and is hereby approved for issuance of payments to Rock Fusco & Connelly, LLC, 333 W. Wacker Dr., 19^th Floor, Chicago, IL 60606, for an amount not to exceed $120,000.00.
