AND FGM ARCHITECTS, INC.
PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES
DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION
HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE FACILITY SECTION 25-00179-36-MG
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $2,205,584.00)

WHEREAS, the County of DuPage (hereinafter "COUNTY") by virtue of its power set forth in "Counties Code" (55 ILCS 5/5-1001 et. seq.) and "Illinois Highway Code" (605 ILCS 5/5-101 et. seq.) is authorized to enter into this attached agreement ("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the COUNTY requires Professional Construction Administration Services for the Division of Transportation's Highway Maintenance Facility, Section 25-00179-36-MG; and
WHEREAS, FGM Architects, Inc. (hereinafter "CONSULTANT") has experience and expertise in this area and is in the business of providing such professional construction administration services, and is willing to perform the required services for an amount not to exceed $2,205,584.00; and
WHEREAS, the COUNTY has selected the CONSULTANT in accordance with the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/0.01 et seq. and Section 2-353(1)(a) of the DuPage County Procurement Code; and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Committee has reviewed and recommends approval of the Agreement at the specified amount, for the period of May 26, 2026 through October 31st, 2029.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the Agreement between the County of DuPage and the CONSULTANT be hereby accepted and approved for a contract total not to exceed $2,205,584.00 and that the Chair of the DuPage County Board is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Agreement on behalf of the COUNTY; and
