TO PROVIDE LIQUID PORTABLE OXYGEN AND REPAIRS
FOR THE DUPAGE CARE CENTER

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and evaluated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Human Services Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to AirGas USA, LLC, to provide liquid portable oxygen and repairs, for the period of December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027, for the DuPage Care Center.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is to provide liquid portable oxygen and repairs, for the period of December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027 for the DuPage Care Center per bid #26-074-DCC, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to AirGas USA, LLC, Post Office Box 73445, Chicago, IL 60673-4445, for a contract total amount of $50,000.00.
