TO PROVIDE UPGRADED STORAGE SERVERS

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Judicial and Public Safety Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to vCloud Tech, Inc. to provide upgraded storage servers for the period of September 22, 2026, through September 21, 2027, for the Sheriff’s Office.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is to provide upgraded storage servers, for the period of September 22, 2026, through September 21, 2027, for the Sheriff’s Office, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to vCloud Tech, Inc, 609 Deep Valley Drive, Suite 200, Rolling Hills Estate, CA 90274 for a contract total amount not to exceed $392,822.13, per lowest responsible bid #26-078-SHF.
