ACCEPTANCE OF AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE
ILLINOIS STATE OPIOID RESPONSE

CRIMINAL JUSTICE MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT

INTEGRATION GRANT PY23, MOU NUMBER 2023-102

COMPANY 5000 - ACCOUNTING UNIT 4496

(Under the administrative direction of
the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office)

                     WHEREAS, the County of DuPage heretofore accepted and appropriated the Illinois State Opioid Response Criminal Justice Medication Assisted Treatment Integration Grant PY23, MOU NUMBER 2023-102, Company 5000 - Accounting Unit 4496, pursuant to Resolution FI-R-0088-24 for the period May 1, 2023, through December 31, 2024; and

                     WHEREAS, the County of DuPage has been notified by Health Management Associates (HMA), that the grant may be extended to December 31, 2025.

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the expiration date of the Illinois State Opioid Response Criminal Justice Medication Assisted Treatment Integration Grant PY23, Company 5000 - Accounting Unit 4496, be extended until December 31, 2025.
