WHEREAS, proposals have been taken and evaluated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Polydyne, Inc., to provide polymer on an as needed basis for dewatering and solids thickening at the wastewater treatment facilities, for the period of November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027, for Public Works
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is to provide polymer on an as needed basis for dewatering and solids thickening at the wastewater treatment facilities, for the period of November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027 for Public Works per 23-063-PW, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to Polydyne, Inc., 1 Chemical Plant Road, Riceboro, Georgia, 31323, for a contract total amount of $440,000, third and final option to renew.
