AWARDING RESOLUTION
ISSUED TO RTA FLEET SUCCESS
FOR FLEET MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
FOR THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $37,734.09)

WHEREAS, pursuant to Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance (Sourcewell), the County of DuPage will contract with RTA Fleet Success; and

WHEREAS, the Transportation Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to RTA Fleet Success for Fleet Management Software, for the Division of Transportation, for the period August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract for Fleet Management Software, for the Division of Transportation, for the period August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027, is hereby approved for issuance to RTA Fleet Success, 17437 N. 71st Drive, Suite 110, Glendale, AZ 85383, for a contract total not to exceed $37,734.09.
