GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND FEDERACIÓN DE CLUBES MICHOACANOS EN ILLINOIS D/B/A CASA MICHOACÁN DUPAGE
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

WHEREAS, Federación de Clubes Michoacanos en Illinois d/b/a Casa Michoacán DuPage (“Agency”) wishes to increase the capacity of its Mental Health Services Team; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $50,000 in ARPA Interest funds to the Agency for costs associated with providing mental health services to DuPage County residents including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, coping and skill-building, screening and assessments, and family/community support; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared a Grant Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Agency to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Grant Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Agency; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Grant Agreement between the County and the Agency.
