WHEREAS, the County of DuPage, through the DuPage County Department of Probation and Court Services, heretofore accepted and appropriated the Adult Redeploy Illinois Program Grant PY26, Inter-governmental Agreement No. 192601, Company 5000, Accounting Unit 6192, pursuant to Resolution FI-R-0137-25, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the County of DuPage, through the DuPage County Department of Probation and Court Services, has been notified by the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority that a reduction of grant funds in the amount of $78 (SEVENTY-EIGHT AND NO/100 DOLLARS) has been made to the Adult Redeploy Illinois Program Grant PY26, Inter-governmental Agreement No. 192601, Company 5000, Accounting Unit 6192.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the appropriation relating to the Adult Redeploy Illinois Program Grant PY26, Inter-governmental Agreement No. 192601, Company 5000, Accounting Unit 6192 be reduced by $78 (SEVENTY-EIGHT AND NO/100 DOLLARS) to a new amended total of $429,775 (FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS) as reflected on the attached budget sheet (Attachment I).
