APPOINTMENT OF SEAN GREANEY

TO THE DUPAGE WATER COMMISSION

DISTRICT 3resolution

WHEREAS, Deborah A. Conroy has submitted to the County Board her appointment of Sean Greaney as a Commissioner of the DuPage Water Commission; and

WHEREAS, such appointment requires the advice and consent of the County Board under 70 ILCS 3720/2.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the County Board does advise and consent to the appointment of Sean Greaney as a Commissioner of the DuPage Water Commission for a term to commence on April 1^st, 2025 and expire on January 1^st, 2031; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the “Notice of Appointment” be attached hereunto and made a part hereof; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk transmit certified copies of this resolution to Sean Greaney; Paul D May, P.E., DuPage Water Commission, 600 E. Butterfield Rd., Elmhurst, IL  60126; Phil Luetkehans of Luetkehans, Brady, Gardner and Armstrong, 105 E. Irving Park Road, Itasca, IL 60143.
