ISSUED TO K-TECH SPECIALTY COATINGS, INC.
TO FURNISH AND DELIVER DEICING LIQUIDS AS NEEDED
FOR THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $120,000.00)

WHEREAS, a sole source quotation has been obtained in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to K-Tech Specialty Coatings, Inc., to furnish and deliver deicing liquids as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract to furnish and deliver deicing liquids as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027, is hereby approved for issuance to K-Tech Specialty Coatings, Inc., PO Box 428, Ashley IN, 46705, for a contract total not to exceed $120,000.00.
