RE-APPOINTMENT OF JAMES FLYNN

TO THE YORKFIELD FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICTresolution

WHEREAS, Deborah A. Conroy has submitted to the County Board her re-appointment of James Flynn to be a Trustee of the Yorkfield Fire Protection District; and

WHEREAS, such re-appointment requires the advice and consent of the County Board under 70 ILCS 705/4, as amended.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the County Board does hereby advise and consent to the re-appointment of James Flynn to be a Trustee of the Yorkfield Fire Protection District for a term ending April 30th, 2028; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the “Notice of Appointment” be attached hereunto and made a part of this resolution; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk transmit certified copies of this resolution to: James Flynn.
