TOTAL COMMUNICATION SOLUTIONS
FOR ZOOM LICENSING FOR THE COUNTY AND COURTS
FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT $112,848.63)

WHEREAS, the County of DuPage by virtue of its power set forth in the Counties Code (55 ILCS 5/1-1001 et seq.) is authorized to enter into this Agreement; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act (30 ILCS 525/2), the County is authorized to enter into a Joint Purchasing Agreement for Zoom licensing for the County and the Courts; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the GSA Contract #47QSWA18D008F, the County of DuPage will contract with Total Communication Solutions; and
WHEREAS the Technology Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Total Communication Solutions, for Zoom licensing for the County and the Courts, for the period of November 5, 2026 through November 4, 2029, for Information Technology.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County contract, covering said for Zoom licensing for the County and the Courts, for the period of November 5, 2026 through November 4, 2029 for Information Technology, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to Total Communication Solutions, 106 Union Ave., Manasquan, NJ 08736, for a contract total amount not to exceed $112,848.63, per contract pursuant to the GSA Contract #47QSWA18D008F.
