TO PROVIDE DIGITAL DEVICE DATA EXTRACTION, PROCESSING, ANALYSIS, AND SHARING
FOR STATE’S ATTORNEY’S OFFICE
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT $344,339.94)

WHEREAS, proposals have been taken and evaluated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Judicial and Public Safety Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Cellebrite, for digital device date extraction, processing, analysis, and sharing, for the period of August 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, for the State’s Attorney’s Office.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is for digital device date extraction, processing, analysis, and sharing, for the period of August 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, for State’s Attorney’s Office, per RFP 26-020-SAO, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to Cellebrite, 1861 International Drive, 3rd floor, McLean, VA, 22102, for a contract total amount of $344,339.94.
