AWARDING RESOLUTION ISSUED TO
ODP BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
FOR THE PURCHASE OF OFFICE SUPPLIES
FOR VARIOUS COUNTY DEPARTMENTS
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $214,796)

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and Omnia Partners, Contract #19-12R, the County will contract with ODP Business Solutions; and

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract purchase order to ODP Business Solutions, for the purchase of office supplies, for various County departments, for the period of December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024.

 

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract for office supplies, for various County departments, for the period of December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a County Contract by the Procurement Services Division to ODP Business Solutions, 6600 North Military Trail, Boca Raton, Florida 33496, for a total contract amount not to exceed $214,796; per Omnia Partners Contract #19-12R.
