ISSUED TO MOMKUS, LLC
FOR LEGAL SERVICES
FOR THE STATE’S ATTORNEY’S OFFICE
(TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $70,000.00)

WHEREAS, certain attorneys from the law firm of Momkus, LLC have been appointed as Special Assistant State’s Attorneys; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of payments to Momkus, LLC, to provide legal services as Special Assistant State’s Attorneys, for the period of December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said approval of payments for legal services for the State’s Attorney’s Office, for the period December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027, be, and is hereby approved for issuance of payments to Momkus, LLC, 1001 Warrenville Road, Suite 500, Lisle, IL 60532, for an amount not to exceed $70,000.00.
