JOE JOHNSON EQUIPMENT LLC., D/B/A STANDARD EQUIPMENT
TO FURNISH AND DELIVER OEM VACTOR AND ELGIN SWEEPER PARTS
AND SERVICE REPAIRS AS NEEDED
FOR THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $60,000.00)

WHEREAS, a sole source quotation has been obtained in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Federal Signal Corporation Joe Johnson Equipment LLC., d/b/a Standard Equipment, to furnish and deliver OEM Vactor and Elgin Sweeper Parts and Service Repairs, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract to furnish and deliver OEM Vactor and Elgin Sweeper Parts and Service Repairs, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, is hereby approved for issuance to Federal Signal Corporation Joe Johnson Equipment LLC., d/b/a Standard Equipment, 625 S. IL Route 83 Elmhurst, IL 60126, for a contract total not to exceed $60,000.00.
