TO PROVIDE ARCHITECTURAL AND MECHANICAL SERVICES FOR

WHEREAS, bids have been accepted and evaluated in accordance with County Board policy; and

WHEREAS, the Human Services Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to A Lugan Contractors, LLC, to provide architectural and mechanical services for multi-family weatherization, for the period of August 1, 2026 through November 15, 2027, for Community Services.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is to provide architectural and mechanical services for multi-family weatherization, for the period of August 1, 2026 through November 15, 2027, for Community Services, in the amount of $1,000,000, per bid #25-023-WEX, for the first of three optional one-year renewals, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division, to A Lugan Contractors, LLC, 8200 S. 86^th Court, Justice, Illinois 60458.
