ISSUED TO CITY OF WHEATON
FOR WATER UTILITY SERVICES
FOR THE COUNTY CAMPUS
FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT: $3,152,000)
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to City of Wheaton, for water utility services, for the County campus, for the four-year period October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2029, for Facilities Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, for water utility services, for the County campus, for the four-year period October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2029, for Facilities Management, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to, City of Wheaton, 303 W. Wesley, Wheaton, IL 60187, for a total contract amount not to exceed $3,152,000 ($2,740,000 for Facilities Management and $412,000 for the DuPag...
