ISSUED TO HAGGERTY FORD, INC.
TO FURNISH AND DELIVER FORD/MOTORCRAFT REPAIR PARTS
AS NEEDED FOR THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED 100,000.00)

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the lowest most responsible bidder has been designated, and the Transportation Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Haggerty Ford, Inc., to furnish and deliver Ford/Motorcraft repair and replacement parts, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract to furnish and deliver Ford/Motorcraft repair and replacement parts, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, is hereby approved for issuance to Haggerty Ford, Inc., 330 East Roosevelt Road, West Chicago, Illinois 60185, for a contract total not to exceed $100,000.00, second of three options to renew.
