INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY

OF DUPAGE AND DOWNERS GROVE TOWNSHIP ROAD DISTRICT

2025 ROAD MAINTENANCE PROGRAM SECTION 25-03128-00-RS

(CORRECTION OF PROJECT SECTION NUMBER)

WHEREAS, the DuPage County Board heretofore adopted Resolution DT-R-0033-25 on October 28^th, 2025 for the Downers Grove Township Road District 2025 Road Maintenance Program (hereinafter PROJECT), which referenced Project Section Number 25-03128-01-RS; and

WHEREAS, due to a scrivener’s error, the Section Number for the PROJECT should have read 25-03128-00-RS.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the DuPage County Board, that the Section Number for the PROJECT shall be amended to read 25-01328-00-RS.
