Recommendation for the approval of an agreement to Thompson Coburn LLP, to provide Professional Legal Services to negotiate Highway Authority Benefit Agreement Applications, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period July 7, 2026 through November 30, 2027, for an agreement total not to exceed $30,000. Appointed as a Special Assistant State’s Attorney by the DuPage County State’s Attorney pursuant to DuPage County Procurement Ordinance 2-356. (County to be reimbursed 100% of incurred fees.)
