TO SECURE WORKERS’ COMPENSATION INSURANCE
FOR THE COUNTY AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT: $202,996)

WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with County Board policy; and

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract purchase order to Alliant for insurance carrier (Safety National), to provide workers' compensation insurance, for the County and the Health Department, for the period of December 1, 2025 to December 1, 2026, for Finance-Tort Liability.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County contract covering said, to provide Workers' Compensation Insurance to the County and the Health Department, for the period December 1, 2025 to December 1, 2026, for Finance-Tort Liability, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract purchase order, by the Procurement Division to Alliant, 353 N. Clark Street, Chicago, IL 60654, for a contract total not to exceed $202,996.00.
