BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE
AND THE VETERANS ASSISTANCE COMMISSION OF DUPAGE COUNTY
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR BATHROOM RENOVATIONS AT THE CHICAGOLAND VETERANS CAMPUS

WHEREAS, the Veterans Assistance Commission of DuPage County (“VAC”) wishes to fund the renovation of two bathrooms at the Chicagoland Veterans Campus in Addison, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $19,893.55 in ARPA Interest funds to the VAC for the various costs associated with the bathroom renovations; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared an Intergovernmental Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the VAC to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Intergovernmental Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the VAC; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the VAC.
