WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and

WHEREAS, the lowest most responsible bidder has been designated and the Transportation Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to First Aid Corporation, d/b/a/ 1^st Ayd Corp., to furnish and deliver automotive aerosols and cleaners, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period April 24^th, 2024 through April 23^rd, 2025.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract to furnish and deliver automotive aerosols and cleaners, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period April 24^th, 2024 through April 23^rd, 2025 is hereby approved for issuance to First Aid Corporation, d/b/a/ 1^st Ayd Corp., 1325 Gateway Drive, Elgin, Illinois 60124, for a contract total not to exceed $30,000.00.
