ISSUED TO IDEXX DISTRIBUTION, LLC
TO PROVIDE SNAP TESTS AND OUTSIDE
LABORATORY AND RADIOLOGY CONSULTATION SERVICES
FOR ANIMAL SERVICES
(INCREASE CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF $17,055.00)

WHEREAS, County Contract 6271-0001 SERV was approved by the Animal Services Committee on January 17, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Animal Services Committee recommends changes as stated in the Change Order Notice to County Contract 6271-0001 SERV, issued to IDEXX Distribution, LLC, to provide SNAP tests and outside laboratory and radiology consultation services, for Animal Services, to allow for the purchase of SNAP tests and the utilization of diagnostic consultation services and increase the contract by $17,055.00 resulting in an amended contract total of $161,494.64, an increase of 20.08%.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Board adopt the Change Order Notice to County Contract 7878-0001 SERV, issued to IDEXX Distribution, LLC, to provide SNAP tests and outside laboratory and radiology consultation services for Animal Services, to allow for the purchase of SNAP tests and the utilization of diagnostic consultation services and increase the contract by $17,055.00 resulting in an amended contract total of $161,494.64, an increase of 20.08%.
