REAPPOINTMENT OF AMY SEJNOST
TO THE DOWNERS GROVE SANITARY DISTRICT
resolution
WHEREAS, Deborah A. Conroy has submitted to the County Board her reappointment of Amy Sejnost as a Trustee of the Downers Grove Sanitary District; and
WHEREAS, such appointment requires the advice and consent of the County Board pursuant to 70 ILCS 2805/3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the County Board does hereby advise and consent to the reappointment of Amy Sejnost to be a Trustee of the Downers Grove Sanitary District for a term expiring May 31st, 2029; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the “Notice of Reappointment” be attached hereunto and made a part of this resolution; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk transmit certified copies of this resolution to: Amy Sejnost; Amy R. Underwood, General Manager, 2710 Curtiss Street, P.O. Box 1412, Downers Grove, IL 60515.
