TO PROVIDE DOOR MAINTENANCE, DOOR SALES
AND INSTALLATION
FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $45,000.00)
WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Ashland Door Solutions LLC, to provide door maintenance, door sales and installation, as needed for County Facilities, for the period July 19, 2025 through July 18, 2026, for Facilities Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, to provide door maintenance, door sales and installation, as needed for County Facilities, for the period July 19, 2025 through July 18, 2026, for Facilities Management, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to, Ashland Door Solutions LLC, 185 Martin Lane, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007, for a contract...
