WHEREAS, a contract was established in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Technology Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Zion Cloud Solutions, LLC, for a governed Google cloud zone and a six-week Gemini Enterprise pilot, for the period of September 8, 2026 through September 7, 2027, for Information Technology.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is for a governed Google cloud zone and a six-week Gemini Enterprise pilot, for the period of September 8, 2026 through September 7, 2027 for Information Technology, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to Zion Cloud Solutions, LLC, 111 S. Pfingsten Road, Suite 450, Deerfield, IL 60015, for a contract total amount of $0.00.
