WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and

WHEREAS, the lowest most responsible bidder has been designated and the Transportation Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Kevin’s Auto & Diesel Repair, to furnish and deliver automotive repair and replacement parts, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period June 1^st, 2023 through May 31, 2024.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract to furnish and deliver automotive repair and replacement parts, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period June 1^st, 2023 through May 31, 2024, is hereby approved for issuance to Kevin’s Auto & Diesel Repair, 119 West Home Avenue, Villa Park, Illinois 60181, for a contract total amount of $30,000.00.
