Members had a lengthy discussion about the new position and from what budget sources  
the costs associated with the new position would be paid. Questions were answered by  
Coroner Judith Lukas, Communications and Programs Manager Evan Shields, and Chief  
Financial Officer Jeff Martynowicz.
