DISCUSSION  
Anthony McPhearson and Don Ehrenhaft provided an update on the PRMS RFP and a new  
system recommendation. Mike Galvin from DeltaWrx then provided an overview of the  
selection and implementation process. Discussion ensued.  
Chair Berlin set a special call meeting date of Wednesday, March 25, 2026 to approve the new  
vendor and begin negotiations.
